SPRAYERS

The correct lubrication and drying of the die is decisive for the casting cycle and the production of a quality part.

The movement is provided by a PLC-controlled brushless motor associated with a gearbox with rack and pinion transmission in treated steel. Sliding is carried out by means of guides and recirculating ball carriages with prismatic profile.

The programmable control equipment via touch-screen keyboard allows the positioning with decimal precision of 50 different lubrication positions, with the possibility of storing programmes and die data.

“LUBRIFOND” SERIES SPRAYERS

Sprayer to lubricate and dry dies with cartesian movement and one or two electrically controller axes.

It is suitable for installation on machines from 150 to 2800 tons.

It can be assembled on machine fixed platen or directly on the hood to suck smokes manufactured by our company.

“LUBRIFOND L” SERIES SPRAYERS

Sprayer with two electrically controlled axes equipped with an extended longitudinal axis; mounted between the fixed platen and reaction platen.

It is suitable for installation on big tonnage machines, from 2000 tons upwards.

SMOKES

Smoke sucking hood in different types for precise extraction of fumes caused by the casting process.

We produce bearing hoods (on which the sprayer is mounted), non-bearing hoods, high, low, motorised and non-motorised hoods, to meet all work and space requirements.

All our hoods are prearranged for the fastening of the customer sucking systems.

AUTOMATIC LADLES

It is suitable for all aluminium alloys. It allows the dosing and transport of molten metal from the adjacent furnace to the die-casting machine.

The movement of the cup is carried out by means of a closed-loop brushless servomotor that enables to keep constant the quantity of taken metal.

All operating parameters are programmable via touch-screen keyboard.

Automatic ladle equipped with asynchronous motors for the movement of the translation axis and the vertical axis.

We are official integrators of robots by KUKA, ABB and FANUC.

The anthropomorphic robot is a system capable of matching some joint movements of humans. These robots have 6 axes with large degrees of freedom. The combination of movements allows the manipulation of complex parts, ensuring their correct positioning, assembly and control.

The extreme flexibility and precision in the combined movements, coupled with a considerable load capacity, allows 6 axes robots to be used within even quite complex robot cells.

ROTARY SOLUTIONS “ROBIFOND”

The simple and economical rotary solution for extracting the part from the die without using any space on the floor.

The system consists of two articulated arms, driven by planetary gearbox and brushless motor.

PART CHECKING SYSTEMS

Our own ON-OFF sprue/integrity checker system.

After appropriate programming of the check points, the system generates signals:
-good part
-scrap
-quality scrap

The software can manage the acquisition of four views of the same part, with 50 check points for each view.

Possibility of storing part analysis settings so that they can be easily recalled when the same production is repeated; possibility of creating a history of the last 60 images of good/scrap parts or only of scrap parts, possibility of saving each image on a USB key in bitmap format.
